FootyTally grants you a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the App for personal and non-commercial purposes.

You may not modify, adapt, reverse engineer, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the App. You may not use the App in any unlawful manner or for any purpose other than its intended use.

FootyTally will store data locally and in iCloud to enhance the user experience. Refer to our Privacy Policy for details on data collection, storage, and usage.

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to the App, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets, are owned by FootyTally.

5. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time.

5.2 Termination by FootyTally
FootyTally reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied. FootyTally does not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

7. Limitation of Liability

FootyTally and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

8. Changes to Terms

FootyTally reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Your continued use of the App after changes are made constitutes acceptance of those changes.
