1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the TimeWise mobile application (referred to as "the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the App.

2. Use of the App

TimeWise grants you a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the App for personal and non-commercial purposes.

2.2 Restrictions
You may not modify, adapt, reverse engineer, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the App. You may not use the App in any unlawful manner or for any purpose other than its intended use.

3. Data Storage and Privacy

TimeWise will store data locally and in iCloud to enhance the user experience. Refer to our Privacy Policy for details on data collection, storage, and usage.

4. In-App Purchases

TimeWise features a one-time in-app purchase. Payment is processed through the Apple App Store, and additional terms may apply. Refunds are subject to the app store's policies.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to the App, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets, are owned by TimeWise.

6. Termination

6.1 Termination by User
You may stop using the App at any time.

6.2 Termination by TimeWise
TimeWise reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied. TimeWise does not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

8. Limitation of Liability

TimeWise and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

9. Changes to Terms

TimeWise reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Your continued use of the App after changes are made constitutes acceptance of those changes.
